Our primary free shipping already includes all customs costs. So in most cases, you don't have to worry about anything.

1️⃣ Free Standard Shipping (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

Our standard shipping method for most EU countries (e.g. Germany & Austria) is:

This means: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – we take care of customs & import processing for you.

💡 Delivery time:
Since shipping is international, the delivery time is usually 2–3 weeks.

⚡ 2️⃣ DHL Express (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid)

If you need your cosplay particularly quickly, you can choose DHL Express.

Here applies:

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) means:
Import duties are initially paid by the recipient.

Procedure:

  1. You pay the customs fees upon delivery.

  2. After that, simply send us the proof of payment.

  3. Our customer service will refund your costs. 💌

⚠️ Important note on DHL Express

By selecting DHL Express, you agree to:

  • cooperate with customs clearance

  • pay required fees

Should customs payment be refused and the shipment subsequently blocked or destroyed, very high logistics costs will be incurred. In this rare case, we can unfortunately only:

  • refund 20% of the product price

  • DHL shipping costs are non-refundable

Therefore, we only recommend DHL Express if your cosplay is really urgently needed. Thank you for your understanding! 💛

📦 Note on the €150 order limit

To ensure your package gets through EU customs as quickly as possible, we recommend:

👉 Keep order value per order under €150

Why?

  • Shipments over €150 are more frequently officially customs cleared

  • this can lead to delays or additional fees

✨ Our tip:
For larger purchases, simply place several smaller orders
(e.g., two orders of €100 each).

This way, your cosplay usually reaches you much faster!
